More than 90% of plozasiran-treated patients with severe hypertriglyceridaemia (sHTG) achieved TG levels <500 mg/dL (<5.65 mmol/L) at month 12 in the SHASTA-3 and SHASTA-4 trials, and more than half achieved normalised TG levels <150 mg/dL (<1.69 mmol/L).

Preliminary results from the CORE open label extension (OLE) trial of olezarsen in patients with severe hypertriglyceridaemia (sHTG) have shown durable reductions in median TG levels through up to 12 months of follow up.
