In his overview of clinical results of ANGPTL3/8 inhibition, Professor Daniel Gaudet discusses the different mechanisms and clinical effects of ANGPTL3/8 dual blockade compared to ANGPTL3 inhibition alone, together with the implications for the treatment of patients with or at risk of cardiovascular disease or acute pancreatitis.
