The ANGPTL3 siRNA, AZD1705, has demonstrated a favourable safety profile and dose dependent reductions in ANGPTL3, TG, LDL-C, apoB and non-HDL-C in a Phase 1 single and multiple ascending dose study in patients with mixed dyslipidaemia.
